Hope I don't get banned but I am sick and tired of free republic acting like nothing is going on!! Either we are under attack or the equipment is inadequate, I hate that there are no posts about the curent issue.

I can’t stand threads about American Idol, Surivor stuff, NASCAR, and plenty of other things that are totally irrelevent to anything conservative and hold less than no interest for me.
You know what I do?
I skip over ‘em and pay them no attention. I certainly don’t carp about how FR has been taken over by frivolous junk.
Why can’t you do that with threads about Christianity?

I agree about the Grand Old Party, (GOP), as you said, ‘The GOP was founded on TWO conservative Christian issues: the belief that slavery was immoral and barbaric and the belief in the sanctity of marriage’ and they were correct on both.
