I posted it just because I don’t get it. We'll ya see, she crawled down into the chimney feet first and got stuck. Then died. She started stinking and next thing ya know, they found the good doctor!!

Apparently her purse was found in the next door neighbor’s yard. Since a woman who was planning on climbing down a chimney would theoretically leave her purse in her car or something instead of in the yard, it leads people to speculate that the boyfriend killed her and stuffed her down the chimney as a cover up.

If I'm reading the story correctly, she went down the chimney Wed. night and was found dead on Saturday. Any indications that she broke her neck or anything? It sounds like she must have died pretty quickly, if she's already decomposing by Saturday.

Would the doctors prints not be on the ladder?
Or are you suggesting the boyfriend threw her over his shoulder, climbed up on the ladder to the roof, and in front of all the neighbors, stuffed the good doctor down the chimney?

...it leads people to speculate that the boyfriend killed her and stuffed her down the chimney as a cover up. It seems that there might be better places to stash bodies than your own chimney. Among other reasons, climbing a ladder, on to the roof, with over 100 pounds of "dead" weight isn't exactly discrete.
Of course, since a man is involved the default assumption is that he killed her.
