This is an interesting story. Rottweilers have a reputation of being aggressive dogs, but I’ve heard others say they only are if you train them to be that way. My guess is the truth lies somewhere between the two.
My wife has always said she wanted one, so I’d like to figure that out ahead of time. Any dog experts want to weigh in?

1) An aggressive breed of dog easily capable of inflicting grievous injury. CHECK.
2) Multiple dogs of aggressive breed running loose without supervision. CHECK.
3) Owner under a mistaken impression of the sweetness of her dogs. ???
4) Previous incidences of these dogs running loose or being aggressive. ????
