Did you know.......3.)
Approximately 150 people are killed every year by falling coconuts. Therefore, you are more than 60 TIMES MORE LIKELY to be killed by a PALM TREE than a Pit Bull.
Pbbbbbblffffffffft!.....:-P
Okay...I actually *did* “LOL”......;D
Facts don’t matter! Only emotion matters! It’s a doberman because it looks like a doberman, darn it!
Every morning he gets a breakfast steak and has ever since he had enough teeth to chew one up.
The extra taurine and carnitine are good for his technically-still-a-puppy heart and I want him to have the best possible start in life so he’ll be healthy and live a very long time....:)
Well stated and cogently argued. Its amusing how some people view any laws or restrictions regarding animals as oppressive fascism or worse.
Check the statistics below for fatal dog attacks in Europe. No real surprises. But, like here in America I’m sure the media is covering up for a bunch of fatal attacks by gerbils.

God, people are idiots.
My little dog “Zippy” (25 lb peke/pom/sheltie) was accused of being a “foo-foo” dog by an associate, who warned me to keep him away from his guard dog GSD that was sitting on my sundeck.
The GSD went for Zippy, and was promptly chased pell-mell out of the yard after getting its face bitten. Twice.
Cal never brought his dog over again, because she wouldn’t get out of the truck at my house after that...
As for the “date-bait” thing, I love my dog, but the vast majority of females he attracts are most definitely NOT potential dates. Their mommies *might* be, though...
LOL
Oooh, two strikes against them! One for being scary looking, another for being from Transylvania and therefore probably vampires.
Seriously though, beautiful dogs! How do you know all these obscure breeds?
Since you like videos, here’s another cute one. Linda Blair even shows up with her pittie at one point!

Well, I have seen your picture on your FR page, but I’ll bet you’re referring to another of your small menagerie, aren’t you?
[and you can't imagine how much I love my little cuddly 'foo foo' Portuguese Podengo...*she* is my little cuddle bug "baby"]....:)
Gypsy never has to bite Odin...she just makes "The Face" and he backs down.
She "adopted" him as her "baby" when he was 6 weeks old and he still respects her as "Mom"
:)
I’m a dog person....:)
They date back 900 years and are nearly extinct in their native Transylvania.
People are currently bringing them to America and starting careful breeding programs to save the breed.
Awesome hunting dogs, formerly owned by royalty.
[speaking of vampires....if you haven’t seen “Zoltan: Hound of Dracula”, please find it on NetFlix and watch it....ridiculously bad B movie starring a vampire Dobermann and the great Mel Ferrer, who looks as though he’s being held hostage by the script]...:))
See her tiny, fierce majesty in post #372.
LOL
‘As for the date-bait thing, I love my dog, but the vast majority of females he attracts are most definitely NOT potential dates. Their mommies *might* be, though...”
It’s a good thing I’m not out mate hunting with a dog.
As far as men go, Odin just ignores them completely *unless* they have kids in tow.
He’s totally obsessed with kids.
He also “flirts” with women which is of absolutely no use to me....:))
Yes, she appears to be quite furroshuss! BG
Ah well, enough levity and fun for now, back to work I must now go.
TTYL
She is just the sweetest little thing, ever....:)
Have a good night at work, Don.
thanks...he’s a good 1 year old now...all he wants to do is be right under our feet
these big bulldogs are something else
lying here right next to me in my cave
you could do a lot worse than Texas
but last time I was in Columbus 10 years ago in some rich suburb (Dublin I think), there were a large number of comely females...especially blonde...I was like wow
What HAS this thread become?
A DATING SERVICE?
Sheesh.
:)
:)
(again) Nite all!
