Need Help: Looking for hosting service with easy to use password protect blogging

Sorry for the vanity. I am looking for a cheap hosting service with tools to have a password protected blog. I would laos like to be able to post the blog on the main page after a few days. The service would be easy to use.

Thanks. Also any ideas on free backup software to back up a small server with the extgernal drive on a desktop on the network. I have Bounce Back but it became corrupted. I tried Comodo but I cannot get it to work. The desktop has XP. Thanks.

bluehost.com has some good tools, you might check them out

carbonite isn’t a free backup service but it works very well. Only $55 a year.
