No, his legal father is Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. and the concept of natural-born citizen is a matter of Constitutional law.

Legalities are the only issue, not some imaginary “other” biological father.

Under the understanding put forth by numerous Founders and the authors of the 14th Amendment, Obama is not a natural-born citizen. That much is clear.

Original intent is all that applies to the eligibility issue, since it’s never been tested and no law or Amendment has ever altered these requirements.

You may argue that it’s moot, but the truth is the truth. It’s up to you to support it or to ignore it for expediency.

No, it does not dry up at all. In the eyes of the law, the legal father’s citizenship determines the citizenship of the newborn child, not the citizenship of any purported natural fathers who are not also the legal father. In like manner an orphaned child found in the United States with no known citizenship is deemed to be a native born citizen of the United States.
