Video-Barack Hussein Obama Sr. was born on April 4, 1936 and died November 24, 1982. He was 5 years old when WW II started, and 9 years old when it ended. Lolo Soetoro (Obama's step father) born on January 2, 1935 and died March 2, 1987. He was 6 years old when WW II started, and 10 years old when it ended. In this clip from June 28, 2008, Barry claimed his father served in WWII. Was he telling us the truth? Was Stanley A. Dunham really his father?

Suppose for a minute that the real father was his grandfather. Perhaps he had an ongoing extra-marital relationship with a black lady who was not a prostitute - she becomes pregnant and gives birth. It’s likely her family would not have welcomed the mulato child either - so the story of Stanley and Barrack Sr. was made up to protect both parties.
Certainly, in all this time, someone who knew his “mother” Stanley Ann would step forward and acknowledge that they knew her during her pregnancy. This was the kodak age — where are the pictures of a pregnant Stanley Ann?
Generally a pregnancy is a joyous event - where are the friends who were involved?
No, this whole life story is a sham...millions have been spent to hide whatever the truth is...the cover-up here is orchestrated better than the Warren Commission could ever imagine!
When will just one state pass legislation demanding that any candidate for federal or state office in their state supply a certified birth certificate? If my son had to have a birth certificate to play little league- certainly it isn’t too much to ask a candidate for office to produce one also. Where are our legislators with fortitude to step forward and truly pass the legislation that defends the constitution they have been sworn to uphold?

Andy - I do think that Madelyn was a major player in the whole story and she was perhaps getting a bit too talkative in her later years, which is why there were never any interviews with her. Also, her whole “final” illness was pretty strange. She supposedly fell and broke her hip but was recovering and then suddenly, she had stage IV cancer and was dying....so Barry waited three days to “rush” to her bedside?

It’s hard not to get caught up in conspiracy theories when there is so much that doesn’t fit together in this man’s story - most people’s lives are pretty open but every new fact that comes out about Obama seems to lead to more questions and contradictions.

I am 70 year old white woman and have NO knowledge of black hookers but I remember the 60’s clearly and interracial couples with or without children was a shocker.

584-4 Presumption of paternity.
(a) A man is presumed to be the natural father of a child if:

(1) He and the child’s natural mother are or have been married to each other and the child is born during the marriage, or within three hundred days after the marriage is terminated by death, annulment, declaration of invalidity, or divorce, or after a decree of separation is entered by a court;

(2) Before the child’s birth, he and the child’s natural mother have attempted to marry each other by a marriage solemnized in apparent compliance with law, although the attempted marriage is or could be declared invalid, and:

(A) If the attempted marriage could be declared invalid only by a court, the child is born during the attempted marriage, or within three hundred days after its termination by death, annulment, declaration of invalidity, or divorce; or

(B) If the attempted marriage is invalid without a court order, the child is born within three hundred days after the termination of cohabitation;

(3) After the child’s birth, he and the child’s natural mother have married, or attempted to marry, each other by a marriage solemnized in apparent compliance with law, although the attempted marriage is or could be declared invalid, and:

(A) He has acknowledged his paternity of the child in writing filed with the department of health;

(B) With his consent, he is named as the child’s father on the child’s birth certificate; or

(C) He is obligated to support the child under a written voluntary promise or by court order;

(4) While the child is under the age of majority, he receives the child into his home and openly holds out the child as his natural child;

(5) Pursuant to section 584-11, he submits to court ordered genetic testing and the results, as stated in a report prepared by the testing laboratory, do not exclude the possibility of his paternity of the child; provided the testing used has a power of exclusion greater than 99.0 per cent and a minimum combined paternity index of five hundred to one; or

(6) A voluntary, written acknowledgment of paternity of the child signed by him under oath is filed with the department of health. The department of health shall prepare a new certificate of birth for the child in accordance with section 338-21. The voluntary acknowledgment of paternity by the presumed father filed with the department of health pursuant to this paragraph shall be the basis for establishing and enforcing a support obligation through a judicial proceeding.

(b) A presumption under this section may be rebutted in an appropriate action only by clear and convincing evidence. If two or more presumptions arise which conflict with each other, the presumption which on the facts is founded on the weightier considerations of policy and logic controls. The presumption is rebutted by a court decree establishing paternity of the child by another man.

Obama, Sr. was in the U.S. on a student visa. On his visa application, the fact that Obama, Sr. was already married to Kezia Aoko in Kenya would have been documented. Bigamy being illegal in the U.S., any so-called marriage in the U.S. between Stanley Ann Dunham and Obama, Sr. would have been illegal and null and void.

Try and find it via FOI. Their marriage, if one occurred at all, would have been a tribal marriage and there have been discussions all over the place about what its legal standing might have been. There are also discrepancies about dates, supposed other children of Sr's and so on. Even the relationship of Kezia with Sr is murky and far from clear.

I stand corrected on all fronts — I haven't memorized all of the gaps and illogicalities yet.

What would be interesting would be to create a chart with the theories on the X axis and the “facts” on the Y axis.

I do think the key to the riddle is that many, many USA lawyers are fighting for Obama in various BC trials and they ALL cannot be Kool-aid addicts. There must be a true story under this all that satisfies them that Obama is as much of a NBC as McCain. Maybe Stanley A. Dunham was a USA spy and the ‘born abroad to USA parents while performing official acts of the USA government...” applies.

Just a guess. But there has to be a story that allows the lawyers to fight in court. I have always felt that there was a pathway of “plausible deniability”
