Writing in The American Spectator, Andrew Cline describes how the president enjoys lecturing and haranguing:
"Obama has never transitioned from his former job as a college lecturer. The reason is that he really doesn't see his new job as that different. It just has more perks, such as the ability to use force when persuasion fails. And the ability to have paid staffers step forward to clarify one's ill-considered remarks."
Lecturer-in-Chief? Haranguer-in-Chief? Perhaps even these job descriptions are below Obama's pay grade. Let's remember how Newsweek editor Evan Thomas described his messiah:

Apologies indeed. But AEN’s ability to walk through life oblivious to problems around him seems the perfect metaphor for Chairman O.
And, as you mentioned, because of being abandoned by his mother, and having a grandmother who did not seem too happy raising a bi-racial son, he also hates women. (We have never heard of Obama having a girlfriend, dating, being popular in school, etc. It seems he was an island unto himself during all those years, save one or two friends.) Hence, his inability to deal with strong women who disagree with him without becoming emotional or vindictive (as with Sarah Pallen), and his subservience to those women running his life now for whatever reason they seem to be in his corner, he remains afraid of opposing them(Michelle, Valerie Jarret, Nancy Pelosi, even Oprah, for example).
Yes, he is dangerous, because he is a frightened, emotionally under developed/immature, reactionary, vengeful man who cannot tolerate criticism and whose hatred flares easily. Just below his thin skin is a child who never found acceptance or love while growing up. I am sure his family had to cover-up something...the fact of a daughter being pregnant to a black man, or a pregnancy before a marriage, or whatever - there is a mystery there. Probably something that began as a family secret, and maybe even Obama never learned the truth until much later in life about the "secret." Whatever, there is a story that he knows that has not been told and of which he is both angry about and ashamed. This is probably why his birth information is so clouded.
So he strove to clutch power...some power, any power in any way he could in order to counter all those elements in his psyche that make him vulnerable and needy. The narcissistic approach to dealing with this chaotic mentality is to learn to charm and fraud people into a fog...a form of adoration so as to control them, and provide him with a narcissistic "fix" of being desired. Obama learned this best and became a professional con-artist to whom truth, loyalty, and honor have no meaning to him. Whatever he had to say or do to get his drug of attention for the day, he did.
However, as all people with deep-seated emotional problems, who have not dealt with them, Obama cannot deal with pressure, stress, or the need to be responsible for his own actions. Nor can he remain focused on anything for any long period of time, except himself, unless it is bringing him heightened gratification and recognition. Nor does he have the trait of perseverance through difficult or tedious challenges because he becomes bored so easily unless there is something in it for him, personally. He, as with most narcissists, is an under-achiever, never really finishing anything or contributing anything. That is probably why his academic and work records are kept secret. Yes, he became president, but not because of his achievements...because those who recognized his weaknesses along with his charm, have used him/promoted him/controlled him for their own personal agendas. The shame is, Obama is just foolish enough, and needy enough not to recognize that he has been their puppet.
All of these problems can either lead to a complete emotional breakdown soon, now that his appeal has fallen so far in the polls, or a retaliation against America. I think the latter has already started long ago early in his political career, but he is trying to punish America even harder now because fewer and fewer worship him.
Since his election I have expected he will not finish out his term, not because he is booted out of the White House, but because he is heading toward an emotional melt down. All the signs are there. I think that is why all the vacations, and why his staffers are so protective. They know what is going on. Maybe not in Obama's head exactly, but they can see that his head is in chaos and just not screwed on right.

Yeah, good post. But those staffers and insiders will be(have already started) bailing on him soon.
That he is also is a veritable Mulligan Stew of psychological pathologies makes him even MORE dangerous.
He actually suggested that doctors are so evil a class that they would needlessly amputate limbs of diabetics in order to increase their bottom line. That reveals a whole lot more about Obama than it does about American doctors and the American medical marketplace.
My take is that he is a rare form of idiot savant whose “gift” is an urge to engage in mindless and continual eloqution and public oratory.
I don't know, "soaring on the updraft of one's own rhetoric" is not such a rare gift. Probably anyone who's worked in corporate American has had to deal with such savants! My take is that Obama is a rare form of corruptible idiot and that he's a puppet.

He is as lacking in the ability to think critically as are the voters who put him in office and who now bear full responsibility for ... etc.
Vote fraud makes that an illusion. Democrats have to cheat, and cajole and bus and organize and register voters in old folk's homes to win; if they didn't, their candidates would lose because not enough regular, working Americans would vote for them.
The MSM, meanwhile, has perfected the art of limited reporting as propaganda to tweak the country's view of itself in the mirror, because really, that's how the MSM and many Americans regard the relationship: what we see on TV and in national media and culture is us. It's our look in the mirror.
The illusion in the mirror is that conservatives and limited government folks are the minority. It is an illusion, like on a magician's stage. The real image would reflect "us" as generally a people who reject big government. But the illusion makes election results gained by vote fraud look normal.
I yearn for a system where a) registering to vote is something you have to go to some trouble to do yourself, where automatic registration with a driver's license or being recruited to register to vote at store-side tables, was prohibited. That would weed out a whole helluva lot of stupid voters who give little thought to their votes, who vote like it's American Idol. A lot of them would never get around to registering, which would be good for the country and true to the real voter base -- people who are motivated to participate in the political process. And b) there is a photo ID check for your vote, and c) there was a regular accounting for removing names from voting lists with moves or deaths, confirmation that your late grandfather is OFF the voting records.
If that took place, I believe we'd see very different results in elections. I am so convinced of it that I therefore think that indeed, the majority of Americans did NOT elect Obama, and that the thing they have responsibility for is failure to protect the voting franchise.

I think he got his weenie whacked as well from the so-called photo-op flyby of Lower Manhattan with the Presidential plane. I think that was the American military grabbing him by the balls and saying, "Guess who's the alpha dog?" And then verification came when that captain was being held prisoner by Somali pirates and Obama sent in negotiators and the Navy SEALS popped the pirates anyway. I remember how the breaking news stories revealed paniced CYA from the Zero Admin., just like with the bogus "photo op."

And, re your follow-up response, the problem for years is that as a rule (not so much now that they’ve become Democrat Lite), the GOP/conservatives had the very much more difficult job of selling personal responsibility and hard work as the way to succeed.
The Dems have been selling the irresponsible illusion of the FREE LUNCH.
Given human nature and the indoctrination in the government schools that government can solve all problems AT LITTLE OR NO COST, it made an Obama INEVITABLE. Worse awaits us if the process isn’t stopped and soon!

He suffered an infamous political death, being nailed to an unfulfilled campaign promise.
His followers look for his political Resurrection, seated at the left hand of Soros, the overlord, almighty.
