Does anyone think this will be built? Americans on both sides of the aisle are opposed to this. Will civil/non-civil disobediance, sit ins, protests, and violence occur? My point is, who will protect the construction of this mosque? Show me an NYPD officer, state officer, Fed officer, or military officer who will protect the construction site? What are the consequences?
Its like any outrageous thing, people get used to the idea. So yes, I think it will get built. I have lost hope that anything will ever change.

The TV news media will keep beating on us, calling us racists, shilling for Imam Obama, “peaceful” Islam and the VICTORY mosque. I have said ALL of TV is the enemy and it is.
The vast majority of people will hate this place and do endless things to show their displeasure on that site. Construction will be a nightmare of provocations that will end badly. I dont see how it ever gets built without being blown up.
Construction will probably get started, but it may never reach completion.

Yes. In all seriousness, I firmly believe that whatever they don’t raise of the $100 mil, Imam Obama will simply write another check, courtesy of us, The Angry Taxpayer.

My Fantasy would be to have hundreds of American Patriots (who have a long memory) to fill remote-controlled mini-air planes with various pork products & then slam them all simultaneously into the building on Opening Day.
If it does get built, Islam wins a MAJOR battle and they know it. The bottom line is, we may be tolerant but Islam is obviously not. Once they get into power all of western civilization’s ideas, values, and laws will go into the crapper.
Its that simple.
I do kind of wonder if they are just testing the waters, gaging the mood of the American people. Also maybe trying to make some money by threatening to build this, as in make me a better offer and the victory mosque is moved. Doesn’t seem possible that they could have it all finished and ready to open as planned by 09/11/11. Could be they are rattling our cages and trying to pit us against each other.

So far, this mosque has been the worst thing in the world for Obama and the Dems and therefore, of course, it has been the best thing in the world for America.

He has done more to expose Obama and Liberals...He has done more to energize America against the Democrats, than the Republicans have done in 25 years.
