The dog walker didn't get assaulted for talking to the driver getting the ticket. The Dog walker got assaulted after that, while standing by himself on the sidewalk.
The assault occurred when dog walker was standing BY HIMSELF on the sidewalk....The motorist had nothing to do with this assault. Watch the video....
You have repeatedly implied the dog walker was assaulted because he "jumped in" and stood in-between, the officers and the motorist getting a ticket, and obstructed them from doing their job.
This isn't not what happened. lol

A: Because the man had already stepped in, giving his contact info to the original ticketed person.

The cops did not like that as was confirmed by the attorney, whom you seem to have no knowledge of. You keep coming back with the same crap and not acknowledging my contention that there was a better course of action then the one the man chose.
Did he deserve the beating.................. of course not, I never said he did.

Bottom line here is the video doesn't lie.
The video clearly depicts the following:
1. The officers walk over to the dog walker, who was by himself, up on the sidewalk and was not interfering with anyone.
2. The dog walker was not obstructing the officers prior to and when he was assaulted by the officers, in fact the video show the officers chatting with the dog walker prior to the assault.
My honest advise for you is to never go into court and testify in the manner similar to what you've displayed here. No judge would ever put up with it and would likely find you in contempt for refusing to answer simple questions, and failing to admit the obvious.
I have never said that which you accuse me of. I have instead said............... he had a better course of action which would have avoided his being beaten up.
