Tanqueray (or maybe Hendrick’s) are more to my liking. ‘An olive salad with my favorite dressing’- not sure where this came from, but it fits-!
I like Tanqueray, too, and that was always my father’s preference. I think it makes the best Gimlets. But several years ago someone gave me a bottle of the Bombay Sapphire and I just stuck with it.

Just gotta add my .02 worth here. Hendrick’s is so bad....
how bad is it, you ask. Well it’s so bad they recommend a cucumber garnish with it. Ugh. It tastes like cilantro to me and I despise, loathe and abhor cilantro. Bombay Sapphire is the real deal but that’s just MPO.
I would gladly swap you my 4 bottles of Hendrick’s for one bottle of Bombay but since that won’t happen, I’ll just save them to barter for food or gasoline when the economy crashes. ;)
