I believe that the 'bacon defense' has gained legal standing to the point where no jury would convict you if it became clear that the pursuit of bacon was involved in the matter.
I'm guessing also that any lady who would be so bright and well-adjusted as to wear a shirt like that to begin with would most likely be entirely understanding of the irresistible nature of the forces involved and would in fact be expecting such interactions and greet them with a welcoming demeanor.
Just as a young lady from Texas might answer a gent's polite compliments about her outfit or hairstyle with "Why, thank you sugar!" instead of a community-sanctioned beatdown and lawsuit such as what a gent might expect here in the People's Republic of Seattle, so also I believe that a gent's natural reaction to a vivacious and buxom young lass in a pro-Bacon t-shirt will be fully sanctioned as being expected behaviors.
