He could cite United States vs. William Jefferson Clinton and get off scott free.

It's hard to believe it's against the law to lie to a bunch of liars. How does Roger's polling numbers look in comparison to Congress?

The only “Hall” this turd will make is the Hall of SHAME.
He’s an obnoxious turd anyway.

He should have lied about sex because that’s OK.

Well, I am outraged......this is soooooooo unfair.....didn’t a court just rule that it’s ok to lie about medals......so if it’s ok to lie about medals, why isn’t it ok to lie about steroids and everything else for that matter, afterall he was just expressing his right to free speech.........../SARC OFF

Good lesson for your kids to show that you will always be found out and lies do have consequences.
Clemens was so arrogant and stupid on this one. All he had to do is admit his steroid use for injury recovery like Petite did and be done with it.

Another idiot who’s going to have talked himself into prison. The correct answer when one finds oneself in front of Congress is “I respectfully assert my 5th Amendment rights” followed by “have a nice day you a**holes”.

He must be a bad liar. The banking and tobacco execs did it with impunity. It is a great joke that its a crime to lie to a Congressperson as they lie to their constituents constantly.

He should have just claimed to have spent Christmas 1968 in Cambodia under orders from President Nixon, who was yet to assume office and received three purple hearts for wounds received in combat.
Then the Ninth Federal Court of Appeals would have ruled it Constitutionally protected free speech.
Same thing. If you can pose as war hero, why not as an “all natural, no additives” athlete?
