Being New Yorkers their biggest worry in that area of thought would probably be having to meet an Evangelical Christian.

Maybe Obama can make a recording of the call that the mosque can use. After all, Obama said the Muslim call to prayer is “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth.”

In an interview with Nicholas Kristof, published in The New York Times, Obama recited the Muslim call to prayer, the Adhan, “with a first-class [Arabic] accent.”

Yesterday I noted in a post that this is a possibility. And it is TERRIBLE. But I noted that someday in the future uhbama will probably be found standing over the ground where who many experienced crushing death. Deaths so hard and surreal that none of us can even imagine it. And as he stands there in the brisk NY evening, head cocked, soaking in what he called 'one of the most beautiful sounds on earth' ( the muslim wailing ), I am certain deep satisfaction will show on his big eared mug.

And ya know, pansgold, I bet the ugly turrets will rise from that mosque in gruesome massiveness and height....and for sure the loud speakers will cover the site that once held a great symbol of American zest for business and enterprise.

Someone will cut off the mechanism that enables the call to prayer. There will be stink bombs, electricity cut offs, suspicious fires, etc.

Right now, the imam is afraid to give interviews, not even to the NY Times. The State Department is afraid to divulge his whereabouts. When and if he returns to New York, he will be hounded wherever he goes.
