This was a brilliant post and deserves a repost, if not publication.
The reason for the current accelerated action is actually simple, not nearly as complex as your post.
The treasury is being looted and the proceeds passed around to the favored few.
They are stealing money. It is that simple

Thank you. Over the years I have evolved into a writer, and I did not know I would enjoy it this much. I’ve had one very successful book (profession based) and am working on two more at the moment with a proposal for a third.

my thinking is this...
The people moving this operation are hard core born and bred warriors who have been prepared their whole life for this chance to finally control America. Control America—control the world. They are almost there. No one is giving up at this point, because if they don’t get it this time, they are out of the game for several years, and they know it.
We will not defeat these people until we accept that this is a war, not a political battle.
At the root of the war is the fight for a definition of where freedom originates. Progressives believe that it originates within man and what he deems right and true. True Americans believe it originated with God as the Declaration of Independence says.
This is a war. That is it. Until we decide to actually get in the fight, they have won. They are depending on us to hold true to our core principles and try reason first through political means. And we are predictably following suit.
But for me, that is okay, because I do not want to compromise my principles, and neither do many Americans. We believe ultimately, they will be defeated, and the constitution will stand.
But Glenn is right. We need to look up first and foremost. When God is for us, no one can be against us. Yet, I don’t know right now if God is for us. We are being wishy-washy about key spiritual matters, and THOSE MATTERS are what MATTERS most to God.
America is at a true intersection. Which way will she go?
Nope. They just don’t have anything to fear. Like Wile E. Coyote after falling off of a cliff, they’ll pick themselves up, recover and do some more damage. There is never any retrogate legislation. Nothing they do is ever rescinded.
