I’m glad to see you have it in a room probably equiped with a floor drain for easy cleanup after meal service.
I’ve banged up far too many parts on my body to be sitting on metal chairs. It’s bad enough when I have to sit in the dinning room chairs. They’re down to about 1/2” of jute padding or whatever it was my grandmother used 50 years ago when she recovered them.
You’re right, those would brand you down here.
