Um... um.... he should be entitled to change his name to whatever he wants. Then he could come live here in Massachusetts and maybe marry his brother or something.
Way too many rules and regulations.
The best stupid name change was down in Florida, when a judge was getting ready to sentence a Neo-Nazi for some violent crime.
The Neo-Nazi asked the judge if he could also change his name, because it would be much harder to do once he got out of prison.
What to?, asked the judge.
“Hi Hitler”, replied the Neo-Nazi, because he thought that was what all those Germans had been yelling.
He can’t change his name to that but soon enough he’ll be able to marry another man. I’m not sure how that sounds any less silly.

He should appeal using the precedent set by Snoop Doggy Dogg...
