Have you seen the guy? He’s always got this demented smile on his face. He’s a total nut, or an attention whore. Or both.
Yeah, it’s pretty freaky behavior to say the least. I wonder what it costs to inflate one of those escape chutes?
I went sliding down the escape chute of a big old passenger plane once. Of course, the plane was on fire, so it seemed like the prudent thing to do at the time.
Ladies and gentlemen, take my advice; Pull down your pants, and slide on the ice ...
Well that is what they are made for of course.
I would really hate to go down off the top deck of a 747 on one though. I would try to find a way to get down to the lower level.

“JetBlue flight attendant who went nuts was in bed with boyfriend when found by cops”

SNIPPET: “A JetBlue flight attendant blew his top, grabbed some beer and bolted out an emergency slide at Kennedy Airport Monday - then headed home to have sex with his boyfriend.”
He’s an attention whore, like most sodomites.
I'm nervous enough flying on a plane, and want professional behavior from the crew...regardless of what a passenger does....the passenger can be dealt with!
This guy is no hero...(shudder!)
Two weeks ago I flew JetBlue for the first time...
...(My personal opinion is the main flight attendant was gay)...but he was professional in behavior, except for an incident later in the flight.
... the strangest thing....
...the coffee aroma was wonderful while brewing, and found out they serve 'Dunkin Donuts Coffee'....it was delicious.
Nothing about this flight was unusual, except they have a strange 'potpourri' for their bathroom...
Lots of folks were using the bathroom.
..towards the end of the flight, I opened the door to the bathroom and was surprised to see an unopened filter packet of coffee sitting on the counter next to the toilet?????--unprotected, not in a ziplock or anything....
..I asked this flight attendent, and he laughed and said it was to refresh the bathroom??????--I should have thrown it away..*I really should have*-- but I left it there--his explanation was silly!
Does anyone think what he said was true?........I don't think the 'health department' would approve.
I hope they didn't use that filter for coffee later?
Haven't they heard of air deoderizers?
The guy is rightfully suspended at this time. We all lose it at some point where we work, but the plane was on the ground and the company is “handling” it. For my part I applaud his honesty about a workplace dilemma. The customer is NOT always right.
Regarding JetBlue, my family flew home via United this year and regretted it. JetBlue has always done an excellent job, was on time with minimal hassle. They swore never again to fly anything but JetBlue again. The planes are even nicer with individual tvs. United was arrogant and rude. Even denying a serviceman entry when the rest of the plane could still be seen boarding because “technically” he was a minute late. My kids were shocked at the treatment he received. When they were still here we all watched the tv coverage of the incident and they hooted with laughter. They get sick of being on a plane with obnoxious travelers. They said they would take him as a steward.
The story is interesting.
Flight attendants have been using ground coffee in lavs for years. Believe it--the coffee grounds smell a whole lot better than the alternative stench when the sani-blue deodorizer is no longer effective. The unfortunate passengers seated near a busy, stinky lavatory are very grateful for the coffee scent.
And no--the coffee is not used to brew a pot after it has been in the lavatory. It is thrown away. I've seen this dozens of times as a frequent flyer.
What he did wasn’t right, but it was funny. I would have been totally against him had he forgotten the beer.
You are correct. What he did was wrong, stupid and immature.
Much like our press.
Doesn’t anyone else see the opportunity for a “Want to get away” ad?
Doesn’t anyone else see the opportunity for a “Want to get away” ad?
Now that they have interviewed the passengers, it is clear he was out of control long before he snapped. He sounds like the air hostess from hell!
I would never hire anyone like this with such a short fuse.
