Fish: 2-3 months
French Chefs: 24 months (???)
Ground Meat: 3-4 months
Liver: 3 months
Rabbit, Squirrel: 6-8 months
Crab, Lobster: 3-4 months
Pork: 6-8 months
Turkey, Chicken: 12 months
