The voters do not have a “blinding hatred” of Harry Reid.
But increasingly, they DO have a more clear-eyed view of where sleaze can lead a man of warped ambition. Like Tom Daschle, Harry is a doctrinaire elitist who had worked himself into a position of relative power and authority.
Harry lacks charisma, but he has access to plenty of campaign funding, and he is a reliable steward of the particular agenda that is being supported from the White House. He is just not very attuned to the voters of Nevada, but by careful projection of image, he can minimize this negative aspect of his character (or lack thereof).
Can Harry be defeated at the polls? Yes.
Can Sharron Angle count on your support in this effort? That is up to you.
