Either way someone should go to jail.
1. This sentence makes no sense: "The police department is disturbed that this company could download software into the server to cause files to be deleted," said police spokesperson Don Aaron.
2. Metro police said the computer problem is fixed and they are taking steps to permanently replace the troubled software system. The problem is either fixed or it isn't. How can the problem be fixed if the offending software is still on the server?
3. The cops are too stupid to click-and-drag a video file, they have to rely on software that does it automatically.

Oh, come on, it’s Marty Stuart, George Jones and a bunch of their friends. Yeah, they’re probably drunk but they’ve never hurt anybody, and they’ve contributed an awful lot to what’s left of our music and culture. And made a lot of people happy.
