Ever notice how we Jews who suffered something at least a little similar never went into a place and started shooting everyone in sight? Did the Irish ever shoot up places with "Irish Need Not Apply" signs? Do the Pollocks (Am I allowed to say that?) go on shooting rampages when someone in the office tells a Polish joke? I'm just askin'.

How the word a people uses for itself became a slur is a great mystery to me. It's as if I were to be vastly offended if someone referred to me as an American.
