The police report indicates Lovett didn't give her name fast enough. The system is rotten to the core.

a few miles to the southwest was where the hillsborough county deputies arrested a woman sunbathing in her own enclosed back yard, and took her in without allowing her to get dressed.
it's a sick place, Florida.

Maybe she was "busted" because the bra was padded. "Falsie" representation etc.
The law needs to be more "transparent". Please keep us "abreast".

Glad to see the cops are once again going after dangerous criminals. I guess all the parking meters had already been checked for violations.

"He says the police had no legal right to ask Lovett for ID, because no crime had been committed.",P> He can say that, but unfortunately, the Supreme Court disagrees., see: Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada, 542 U.S. 177 (2004).
They acted stupidly, but they acted stupidly with the law on their side, unfortunately.

Resisting arrest without violence???
What in the hell is that? Sounds like a failure to grovel fast enough.

Glad to see that law enforcement is all over a perfectly hamrless woman splashing in a pool with her child.
God forbid that they actually clamp down on the army of vicious, thieving, disease-ridden vermin streaming across our nation’s borders.
