Here is video of CBS News Anchor Katie Couric during the 2008 Presidential Campaign being caught on video mocking Sarah Palin and her family during a practice session just days before the Republican National Convention.
Couric is seen mocking the name of Palin’s son “Track” after reading his name, and later doing the same with the name of Palin’s hometown – Wasilla, Alaska.
The video is instructive in that it shows the behind-the-scenes bias against Palin that was actually quite obvious during broadcasts as well.

What is most interesting is the calculated maintenance of the Let’s behavior at a Jr. High level of nastiness. The name-calling, mocking, idiotic reasoning, pack mentality, open cruelty and above all group obedience is exactly the mindset the Left keeps it’s obedience liberals within.
And it works. Look at liberal behavior. They mimic their handlers literally ritualistically - and Couric is simply a female handler. Liberals walk, talk, speak and act, right down to the inflections in their voices, in exactly the same way - the way they’ve been instructed by their handlers.
Leftist handlers are the mommies, liberal idiots are the mimicking children. To keep this structure functioning, the messages have to be put into childish levels of implementation, or the message becomes to sophisticated for the structure, and it all falls apart.
So - nasty Couric. Mommy bitch Walters. Hell - the View itself, or Sex in the City, or any of those absurd stand-ins posing for adulthood.
And a resulting Hillary’s army of the most stupid, vicious, coordinated bitches who ever marched over the cliff on fire, screaming “we won” while they smash on the rocks below.
I guess that’s why Sarah comes across as so curt and annoyed during the interview with Perky Katie. Contrary to popular belief, even among some Freepers, Sarah’s a smart cookie, and realized from the first minute what was happening, but this had been set up for her by McCain’s folks, so she couldn’t avoid it.
Love Zappa, but “Dweezil” and “Moon Unit”???
Yeah. . .it's pretty lame. . .plus this was very early in the process and the real Hate Palin bandwagon hadn't really cranked up yet.

I think I would have just got up and walked away from the interview, but then I was not selected to be McCain’s VP either.
Dweezil and Moon love their names...in fact when Dweezil learned that “Dweezil” wasn’t the name recorded on his birth certificate he made Frank and Gail go to the courthouse to have his name legally changed to “Dweezil.”

Ha ha, thanks for the all clear. I figured I was in for some nasty reads this morning but my fellow Freepers have reminded how fair they can be after all...most of the time ;)
