If she is a meth addict (and I truly hope she is not) she is going to get very ugly very fast.

Less than 5 percent of addicts who try to quit meth are successful. So she's pretty much doomed, barring Divine intervention.

If she is a meth addict (and I truly hope she is not) she is going to get very ugly very fast.People who have spiraled to full-blown meth addiction have a long, hard road ahead. That stuff alters brain chemistry possibly more than any other illegal drug. Addicts may spend months in prison detoxing and thinking of nothing more than getting high the moment they're released, and many often make a beeline straight from jail to their meth dealer.
Methland: The Death and Life of an American Small Town is a pretty good read on the subject.
