BACON WRAPPED GROUND CHUCK STEAK
With pan gravy, fired potatoes, and sliced fruit

GERMAN POTATO PANCAKES
With sour crème and/or apple sauce

OMELETS:
3-CHEESES (smoked Gouda, cheddar, asiago)
BACON & HASH BROWN
HASH BROWNS & ONION
TOMATO & SPINACH
SMOKED SAUSAGE & CHEESE
CRAB & BEARNAISE

NEW ENGLAND STYLE CORN BEEF HASH & POTATOES
With a side of apple sauce and wheat toast

FRIED BREAD WITH:
BUTTER & SYRUP
SLIVERED HAM AND PINEAPPLE compote
TACO MEAT & SALSA

HOT & COLD CEREALS
