It's phony. It didn't happen. The Justice Dept. didn't get a judgment against them. The 0bama administration didn't dismiss that judgment. It was all made up.

National Committee chairman Howard Dean on Sunday accused the Fox News Channel of being racist.
With the opening subject of "Fox News Sunday" being last week's controversial termination of Agriculture Department official Shirley Sherrod, Dean said, "I think Fox News did something that was absolutely racist. They took a, they had an obligation to find out what was really within the clip."
Dean continued, "They have been pushing a theme of black racism with this phony Black Panther crap and this, this business, and Sotomayor and all this other stuff...The Tea Party called out their racist fringe, and I think the Republican Party's got to stop appealing to its racist fringe."
That apparently was all host Chris Wallace could stand, for he struck back and struck back hard beginning with, "I know facts are inconvenient things, but let's try to deal with the facts" (video follows with transcript and commentary).

Facts are inconvenient things to these socialists. They say that anyone and everyone who disagrees with the Muslim Marxist Messiah is a racist. Problem is, the American sheeple have been seen the race card played a couple of times too often. No one takes it seriously anymore. Besides, the biggest racist in America is none other than Barry Hussein Obama. He hates Jews and doesn’t like white people much in general.
Unless the Republicans manage to blow it somehow (which is always possible), the 2010 elections look like they are going to be a massive repudiation of Obama/Pelosi and their racist and socialist agenda.

The liberal guests and panelists should be given saliva testing for steroids or whatever it is that makes them so ill mannered and and hyper. It was as bad today as I've ever seen it, though with the Brit Hume, mild mannered adult reporter, following Mara and Juan, the juxtaposition may have had the effect of exaggerating the liberal rudeness and spin frenzy.

I’m glad that Mr. Wallace called him out on his arrogant ignorance.
Notice how Dean tries to hang the “racism” tag on Glenn Beck? Glenn is perceived as a greater threat to the left than Rush...Fox should wake up and give Glenn a better time slot (like the one currently occupied by the bloviator at 8PM EST...). He wil bring in a lot more viewers and more advertiser $$$. Having Glenn on at 5PM (EST) requires those of us who work for a living who wish to watch Mr. Beck to have to DVR his show. It’s not the end of world, but if he was on at 8 or 9 PM, it would be on every night in my house.
