LAKEWOOD, Wash. (AP) -- Police say about 50 people were evacuated from homes and businesses near a portable toilet where a sanitation worker found an explosive in Washington state.

Nooooooooo. It was a pipe bomb remember? Evergreen students would not use something that would also make a perfectly good Bong. They would get a D- in at least one of their classes making that mistake.
