That's the prediction from some in Congress.
Some believe members of the lame duck session of Congress will overturn the military's 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy' after the November election.

It would be interesting to see who was ‘against’ it when Clinton proposed it, but who are ‘against’ its repeal now.
The way they talk to the military it sounds like they’ve already made up their minds to let homosexuals announce their perversion. All the surveys to see what the troops think is all show to make it look like they really cared what they thought.
I think the policy should be "Do ask, Do tell, Do expel".
