Um, yeah... What's surprising about being a 45 year old grocery store clerk?
Lot's of middle-aged men working at grocery stores, many of whom are happy to have jobs.

My friends have a cabin that size in North Carolina. I have stayed there and could easily live there permanently.
I sure would have to get rid of all the stuff in my home, however!
Theirs was built off site, delivered and set up by a local craftsman. Actually split into 2 rooms so bath is open and the kitchen and living room share the other half of the space...actually probably just over 100 square feet. 9X12?

My thought is that it would be cool if you could press a button and it would automatically go to the desired configuration, instead of manually moving the panels.

There is an option for a piano room for these houses.

90 sq. FT. is 9 X 10 it does sound like a jail cell

Many are sold for deer lease cabins. The taller ones make upstairs bunks.
The one that guy has would make a good Mother In-law house in the backyard.

Looks like the perfect deer camp. My hats off to this guy.He does this just to get out of all the bull shit. and at same time he`s greener than most and not trying to push all that enviero-weenie bull crap down our throats. And making a few bucks.I agree. While I don't know that I could downsize to 89 square feet, I'd rather have a small place on a big chunk of land than one of those gaudy, pretentious McMansions I see all over these days (many with "for sale" signs) occupying every last square inch of the property lot.

No. The description said “house” so I assumed it was a house.

Everybody has different taste. I can see how this would fill the housing need for some.
Since it is on wheels it is more a trailer than a house. So you would not be paying any property tax (but you would need a vehicle license, which should be cheaper),
A samll space would help in cutting down on impulse buying.
For me it would be one step abouve living on the streets. I am getting too old for such adventures but if I was in my 20s again, I think I could live in something like that (when I got married I was living in a “studio apartment” which was not bigger than this “house”.

Cute house, well done but I like my stuff, my art, my antiques, my dogs. It is not for me, I'd be claustrophobic after a while.

My son in law built a little shack from the fallen logs on his property with one window...that faces the path that the deers take. Then he planted 20 apple trees a couple hundred feet away. :-)

You could get a Kindle. Unless you are attached to the books. I know not every book is on the Kindle...yet.

Pretty amazing but I like the little house that I could pull behind my Tahoe and be at home anywhere.
