This seems like a total waste of money to me,,,

They won't be able to just “drive” to any location in 12 hrs.

It took a NG unit 3 or 4 days to cut their way to the

Gulf coast after Katrina,,,

The airport in NOLA could have been opened in a day by

the 82nd AB and USAF units that already have that job,,,

IIRC the ready brigade of the 18th AB Corps can hit any

drop-zone on earth with 3,500 men and their Arty in 2 days,,

This really stinks...
