Big problem with seniors, don’t let them give any money to anybody, or your house will fill up & phone never stop ringing from beggers, industrial strength beggars.

So true. My late FIL was a very, kind and giving man, and they had his number. My mother got a lot of charity junk mail, as well, because she couldn’t say a “no” to some organizations.
I don’t understand why the daughter does not just get rid of the stuff. It is probably overwhelming for the old man.
They become obsessed.
It's a sin.
They think they have to save the world.
But it's just pissin' on a forest fire.
Wasting what little time they have left to enjoy themselves.
