3 years ago I couldn’t do a single pull up. My cholestoral was high, I was pathetically out of shape and did not want to die youg.
I started doing Crossfit 4 days per week. I ride my bike to work Spring through Fall once a week (37 miles round trip).
I watch my diet and don’t drink as much beer as I used to. I’ve only lost ~10 lbs overall but I wear 38” waist pants now instead of 46”.
Well, congrats. That’s a really big thing.....
I don’t know Crossfit. Is it a machine? A technique? A routine?
