Absolutely. I loved the fact that Germany pushed the RoHS rules that eliminated lead in solder, which only INCREASES the death-rate of electronics (from having to do higher temperature solders). Can't have that lead in the landfills, you know!

The real solution to all these hazardous substances is to post warning signs in every delivery room in every hospital that say:

CAUTION!
The Surgeon General has determined that
living may be hazardous to your health!

Let the kid decide then whether he wants to climb back in where it's safe, or not...
