A tipster called in twice to LE that he's certain he saw Terri in the truck near Rainbow Lake between 9:15-9:45 on June 4th; LE never called him back so he notified local news station KOIN.
He says that he noticed the truck because it's identical to one owned by a friend and so he drove up very close when he saw a red haired female driver.
I wonder if LE asked KOIN to report on this, to see if there's any reaction from TMH?
