And I guess you have a jailbroken iPod Touch since Apple has banned all WIFI sniffers from their App Store. Not to mention that if you use someone else’s WIFI point that is breaking the law...

Apple Drops Wi-Fi Sniffers from iPhone App Store. Good luck buying a Wi-Fi sniffer now... And since it's no longer an approved Apple application, what are the legal ramifications for running unapproved code on your iDevice?
