I used to work at a place that had constant jokers calling in pages.

The place was a riot.
There is a recognizable custom in giving a baby a family surname as a middle name with no hyphen.
Should've stuck to gherkin off.
In an alternate nearby universe, they solved the problem elegantly.
Rule 1: Everybody has a hyphenated surname; one from the patriarchal line, and the other from the matriarchal.
Rule 2: If you’re male, the patriarchal comes first. If you’re female, the matriarchal comes first.
Rule 3: When you marry, you replace your secondary surname with the primary surname of your spouse. You keep the primary surname you were born with. As a couple, you now bear the same pair of surnames, but their order is patriarchal lineage first for the man, and matriarchal first for the woman.
Rule 4: Each child is given the same pair of surnames, but in the order of that of their same-sex parent.
Examples:
You are a man born with the name Smith-Jones. Your father’s primary surname is Smith, as was his father’s, and so on. Your mother’s primary surname is Jones as was her mother’s, and so on. Your sister goes by the surname Jones-Smith.
You, a man surnamed Smith-Jones, marry a woman named Brown-White. Your married surname becomes Smith-Brown, and your wife’s married surname becomes Brown-Smith; These are the two surnames that your children will use, until they marry.

Yes ... and maybe for liberals RAPE is the only way they can get SEX. After all liberals have no boundaries. Liberals have NO self control.
