Don’t worry, with Obama in charge we won’t be WEIRD to much longer.
Their first mistake is using university students. Their psyches aren’t fully developed yet. There is a reason we didn’t let most of them vote before then 1970’s when the voting age was lowered.
The second mistake is thinking that nations that are well developed economically are abnormal. I guess they really are abnormal. But compared to what? It’s a good abnormality.
“WEIRD” — catchy. These researchers know how to market their wares.
No kidding. It’s a WEIRD fallacy to assume everyone thinks the way we do.

Of course we are different — it is called civilization.
Liberals
Freedom and liberty tend to taint the psyche and makes us behave abnormally.
I’m sure a healthy dose of dictatorship and Fascism will cure us.
