Two thoughts:

1) 14 year old vs. 60 year old, fair fight.

2) "...when Kelly, a 6-foot 4-inch-tall, 200-pound man with a criminal history of assault,..." How in this day and age does anybody with a criminal history become a school crossing guard? I had to get a background check before I could volunteer to assist in our 4th grade classroom - and my wife is the teacher!
