The new 4 upgrade software slows the 3g to a crawl

i loaded the 4G operating system on my 3G and it seems faster maybe?

What I noticed.

1. Getting the app started is slow.

2. Sometimes stumbles between wifi and 3g connections. turning off wifi corrects it.
