Agreed. Out of the teams that made it to the quarterfinals, I'd say Brazil, the Netherlands, Argentina, Germany and either Portugal or Spain are World Champion material. Paraguay, Uruguay and Ghana not so much. They might get lucky, but I'd say the other five / six teams are a notch above them.
