nope....we need the illiterste “progressives” on the court to show even people of average intelligence, the difference between a liberal and a conservative. Don’t forget that checks and balances are very valuable, even the Republicans screw it up sometimes......when we have the likes of Ruth Ginsberg and Sotomaier and now the newest Kagan.....whats to worry about (except their votes).
