The Houses attempt to remove the pit bull language that some have called discriminatory is being attached through a modification to House Bill 55, which would modify Ohios animal cruelty statutes to allow animals to be included in domestic protection orders.

chett, do you have any stories about pit bull owners being taken into court and told to pay in anyway for their animal’s attacks? since most of the pit bull fans call out the owners as the reason these things snap, I think those stories might be of interest besides just the mauling clips.
Satire? Gotta be satire.
Pit Bulls may not be inherently vicious. However, vicious Pit Bulls are inherently (genetically) capable of great bodily harm to humans and other living things.
A .44 magnum is not inherently more likely to be involved in an accidental shooting than a BB gun, but its a helluva lot more likely to do great bodily harm than a BB gun in such an accident.

Is this good or bad? Should we support it or oppose it? Why don’t you post your position too? I guess you are on the side of pit bulls since you posted a story which described a pit bull chasing away a census worker. Am I right? I think you should post your opinion too.
Yes they are inherently vicious.
