Only 10 minutes to go! :-)
Occasionally yes, but he is injured and unable to play.
Hey, Silvie .. good here .. how about everything in Waldorf?
I haven’t been a soccer fan before but my son converted me in the past week and it’s been very enjoyable. Can’t imagine the endurance the players have to have .. much more than US football or basketball.... so even when US gets eliminated in the next minute, I’ll continue to watch.
No, although it very occasionally has been done.
Btw Beckham is the most over-rated player ever.
The referee was letting them play hard, not calling anything. At first, the announcers were applauding letting them play, but after awhile it was clear that he was missing dangerous plays and real hurts.
My friend joked that it was because all the good referees were at the World Cup.
BTW, the game ended 0-0.

/src on/Love the staying on the ground routine by Ghana,
Horrible. He should have been carded for that.
It would’ve been better for the U.S. if it were sudden-death, in that they would have probably played with a sense of urgency from the start.
Wow...just got back from a quick spin in the neighborhood. Every bar and restaurant on the Upper East Side is tuned in to the game...with fans spilling out onto the sidewalks with cheers of “U-S-A, U-S-A!” It’s fabulous!
Notice that the screen clock disappeared after 99:59? It reappaered again now in the second half of the added time showing 15 minutes and so on, instead of 105+. Great computer programming job! (Outsourced to India?)
About 10 minutes left...
WTF with the Ghanas staying on the ground. The ref should do something.
You are correct, my friend. Not entirely Tim’s fault.
I’m mad.
Ghana players are just flopping... is there any “extra time” in this overtime?
Funny thing is I’m a sports fanatic, I’ll watch bowling it’s so bad!! I just don’t watch soccer enough - maybe I’ll give it a try. I live outside of Miami, tons of soccer fans down here.
(I’m willing to give soccer a try but I’ll never EVER like basketball)
It’s the old “let’s waste time” trick.
Dear god... the bicycle kicker had to be carried off in a stretcher??????

I don’t get to see much MLS I’m afraid. I’m British so it’s usually on about 2am.
I like the MLS though. They are doing it the right way and building properly. Thats why the US national team is not the greatest but is well respected. It’s a real soccer league unlike the unnatural 70’s rubbish.
I honestly can see it grow to be in the top four sports in 30 years.
No sense of urgency by U.S.
5 minutes... not looking good
