"But, even then, the Ohio casinos will not be getting my money because of the rules that the state legislature passed." Yeah, I'm a part-time OH resident, and I thought that ballot initiative was ridiculous. It essentially codified (in the Constitution, no less) a private enterprise monopoly. There had to be some SERIOUS kick-backs paid to get passed.

Sounds like a minor inconvenience, at best, for a determined gambler.

And in related news, the Governator has ordered the barn doors closed after the unexpected escape of all horses.

Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

What are people on welfare doing in the casinos anyway? Ensuring that they will stay on welfare. I wonder if the signs about the new policy will have to be printed in English and Illegal.

Well you surely don’t expect them to be looking for work
or attending classes to enhance their jobs skills do you?

They just will get cash back and go buy booze, cigs and lottery tickets like they do in Memphis, Tennessee.
