They won't. Aruba is a territory, not a sovereign nation. They have no diplomatic status with Peru. It would be as if someone sent a criminal facing US federal charges back to Guam. Ain't happening.

The father of the murdered girl was 2 times a presidential candidate and is friends with the current Peruvian President. He won't slide by this time. Peru has no death penalty, but in prison there is a system that almost assures he will not live. He may never see trial, but I hope he does.
