I have always been sorry for even wasting my time mounting and sighting in a cheap scope , but I have friends who are happy as pigs in muck with them . Scopes are such a personal choice , you just about have to learn by trial and error . I have benefited from the rush to new fangled scopes, by standing around asking what my shooting partners were going to do with that old Leupold , now that they have mounted a Lickemhoffski with Bullet drop , infrared, laser guided, electric start, prairie dog death ray, with latte dispenser .
