I see Leaper stuff all over the gun shows, the general review is that they aren’t very good.

Now, you don’t need to spend $1000 for an AR scope. I’m about to pull the trigger (Hah!) on a Leupold AR series scope (3-9x40mm) for my carbine. About $300, prolly not made in the USA but it has a Leupold warranty.

A $300 scope is probably a good starting point for an AR.

Just about guarantee it's made in Oregon.

I thought all Leupold products were produced in Oregon. At leas that is what their advertising claims. I love my 3x9 on my hunting rifle.
