Charlie Sheen's Mercedes-Benz was found in an embankment off Mulholland Drive Tuesday morning.
The car, which may have been stolen, is the second vehicle owned by Sheen to be found off the same bluff in four months.
Los Angeles police Sgt. John Buckley confirmed that the car belonged to the actor, who said he left it in his driveway about 4 p.m. Monday.
A security guard reported the crash shortly before 3 a.m.
Firefighters searched around the car, but no one was believed to have been inside when it went off the road.
The vehicle was being recovered and the incident was under investigation.
Dumbass was probably able to make it home, but too drunk to make sure the parking break was on.

Charlie...don’t forget to use your emergency brake when parking in that driveway!!!
That must be common for people parking along Mulholland Drive...
When he gets out of rehab for domestic abuse, he can go to rehab for alcohol, again - or can they double up and do both at once?
Obviously Charlie Sheen’s car needs to go to rehab.
It's not the SUV's fault! It's a disease, not a personality flaw. When my SUV get's "liquored up" on ethanol, it is a mean drunk and there's no controlling it. It drives around looking for Priuses and "Smart" cars to scare and is a general hooligan. I am forced to lock it in my garage!
I love Charlie Harper
Seems the car is a pretty good symbol for the man himself.
The car was reported to be damaged, but Charlie said that’s just how the Mercedes bends
I cannot BELIEVE I am the first (read it here first) to see where ‘the blame’ needs to be placed.
Poor Charlie. He probably has a ‘rogue’ aide, who filled the Mercedes (stars have ‘people’ for these kind of jobs) with (shudders) BP GAS!!!
Oh. The. Hugh. Manatee.
Poor Chuck.
Now BIG oil is after him too...
I thionk it is his “significant other” doing it to get back at him for some indiscretion.
