I'm sorry, but you are simply incorrect. Reggie Bush appeared on the cover of issue 38 of DUB (there were actually multiple covers of the same issue) which was the Nov/Dec 2006 issue. There were reasons for the USC compliance office to be aware of problems with the car, but the magazine cover is not one of them.

The date of the Cover shoot is semantics. In the spring of 2005 New Era Sports gave Bush almost $13,000 to buy a pristine black-on-black 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS in Los Angeles. The car is subsequently outfitted with chrome rims and a stereo. This is a VIOLATION
